Meet Teacher Jessica

Hello I am teacher Jessica, I have been a preschool teacher for over a decade. I started at a small Montessori school in Colorado, when my daughter was two. It was important for me to be with her while she was little and from that I have developed a love for education.
Four years ago I moved to Washington where I began work at a Nature based Reggio school (Curious by Nature in Gig Harbor). There I created rich pre-k curriculum that followed the earth cycles closely. While we were not a coop we did create a rich community where the kids thrived. Recently I moved to Lacey to be closer to family while I complete my undergrad for Elementary Education. My two children, Joplin and Jack will be close by in North Thurston schools where we hope to build a long term home. I am so exicited to get to know this amazing community and all of the kids.
